What this site is
The site is a free, informational tool. It helps you check whether a flight disruption may qualify for compensation under regimes such as EU261, UK261, APPR, the Montreal Convention and others, estimates a possible amount, and helps you draft a claim you can send to the airline yourself, in your own name. Everything runs in your browser.

The site provides general information and estimates only and is not legal advice, and using it does not create any professional or advisory relationship. We are not a law firm, a claims-management company, or your agent, and we do not submit, manage, or pursue claims on your behalf. Eligibility and the amount actually payable depend on the airline's response, the specific facts, and sometimes a court or regulator. For advice on your situation, consult a qualified professional. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
